For the 19th time the Lionsclub ‘s Hertogenbosch Bolduc organized the yearly Euroconcours on May 14 2018 in castle Maurick in Vught. Every year this competition is for another instrument, and this year for the flute. A professional jury – Liset Pennings, Lucas Vis en Abbie de Quant – designated Mirna Ackers as winner. De results of the public jury, more than a hundred people, was: 1. Mirna Ackers, 2. Cathinca Porsius, 3. Erica Vogel. Afterwards there was an interesting masterclass by Abbie de Quant.
Mirna now has the honour to represent the Netherlands at the Lions EuroConcours during the Europe forum in Skopje, Macedonia, 25-27 october 2018.
